As a member in one of our plans, you will have flexibility in plan design and nationwide accessibility that includes a robust pharmacy network. The plans offer customer service and a Web site — both available to our members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Helpful tip: Before you select a prescription drug plan, you should consider how often you use prescription drugs, the types of drugs you take, and your preferred type of drugs — generic, preferred brand, or non-preferred brand.
