The Medicare Part D contract between CVS Caremark Part D Services, LLC.'s affiliates
and/or clients and Medicare is valid for one year. This Site and the Information
are subject to Medicare laws and regulations. In the event that there is a conflict
between the terms contained herein and such laws, such laws shall prevail.

You agree that you have the legal right and ability to agree to these Terms of Use
and that you will use the Site and the Information in a manner consistent with these
Terms of Use.

You agree to use the Site and the Information only for lawful purposes. CVS Caremark
Part D Services, LLC. reserves the right to prohibit access to those individuals
whom CVS Caremark Part D Services, LLC. determines are restricting or inhibiting
