Does Medicare Part D cover the shingles vaccine and other vaccines?
As with most commercially available Medicare Part D vaccines needed to prevent illness, your Medicare Part D plan covers the shingles vaccine and its administration. You may have a copay or coinsurance for covered vaccines depending on the plan you have, and whether you use a network pharmacy.
