What is a Network Pharmacy?

A network pharmacy is one that contracts with a Medicare Part D prescription drug plan such as SilverScript to provide covered prescription drugs for plan members. A SilverScript network pharmacy allows members to get their benefits at a reduced cost.

As a SilverScript member, your prescription medications are generally covered only if they are filled at a SilverScript network pharmacy. If you use an out-of-network pharmacy, you will likely pay more for your prescription medications than if you purchased them at a SilverScript network pharmacy.
