Two plan-specific SilverScript Pharmacy Networks
SilverScript maintains two specific pharmacy networks for each planSee footnote for details1, dedicated to serving
SilverScript Choice, Plus, and AllureSee footnote for details2 members from coast to coast. No matter where you are in the U.S. or which plan you have, you’re never far from a pharmacy that welcomes your SilverScript coverage.
SilverScript Choice Pharmacy Network
SilverScript Choice members may fill their prescriptions at any of the more than 66,000 pharmacies that
belong to our nationwide SilverScript Choice Network. More than 26,000 of these pharmacies are Choice preferred
pharmacies that offer SilverScript Choice members our lowest copays and coinsurance percentage during the Initial
Coverage stage. The 66,000 SilverScript Choice network pharmacies include any CVS Pharmacy®,
Walgreens, or Walmart pharmacies, along with many regional chains and thousands of community-based,
SilverScript Choice members may use their plan benefit at either a preferred pharmacy or a standard pharmacy,
but only a preferred pharmacy can offer preferred cost-sharing. Preferred cost-sharing means you pay the lowest copays and
coinsurance for covered prescription drugs in Tiers 1, 2, 3 and 4 during the Initial Coverage Stage. Tier 5 cost-sharing
is the same at a preferred or standard pharmacy.
SilverScript Plus and Allure Pharmacy Network
SilverScript Plus and Allure member may use any of the more than 66,000 pharmacies in the nationwide SilverScript Plus and Allure Network.
More than 35,000 of these pharmacies are Plus and Allure preferred pharmacies that offer SilverScript Plus and Allure members
our lowest copays and coinsurance during the Initial Coverage stage. The SilverScript Plus and Allure network offers a greater
number of preferred pharmacies than the SilverScript Choice network. The 66,000 SilverScript Plus and Allure network Pharmacies
include retail leaders like CVS Pharmacy®, Walmart, and Walgreens, just to name a few, as well as thousands of
community-based, independent pharmacies.
SilverScript Plus and Allure members may use their plan benefit at either a preferred pharmacy or a standard pharmacy, but only a
preferred pharmacy can offer preferred cost-sharing. Preferred cost-sharing means you pay the lowest copays and coinsurance for
covered prescription drugs in Tiers 1, 2, 3 and 4 during the Initial Coverage stage. Tier 5 cost-sharing is the same at a preferred
or standard pharmacy.
CVS Caremark Mail Service PharmacyTM
If you prefer the convenience of having your prescriptions delivered securely by mail to your home or location of your choice,
you may order your prescriptions from the CVS Caremark Mail Service PharmacySee footnote for details4 using the
Mail Service Order Form.

- $0 copays on 90-day supplies of Tier 1 drugs for SilverScript Choice members during the Initial Coverage Stage
- $0 copays on 90-day supplies of Tier 1 and Tier 2 drugs for SilverScript Plus members during the Initial Coverage and Coverage Gap stages
- SilverScript members get preferred pharmacy cost-sharing for Tier 1-4 prescription drugs during the Initial Coverage stage.
The Choice plan in Alaska does not have preferred pharmacies in their pharmacy network. Back
